KATIE AILION (she/her) is an actress and coach based in New York, originally from Atlanta, GA where she still works as a local hire.

On stage and screen, Katie often plays characters with extreme smarts, scathing charm or dry humor. Think Shiv Roy from Succession, Mary Crawley from Downtown Abbey, or Dr.Santos from The Pitt.

She is represented by manager Tony Cloer of Blue Ridge Entertainment, Tracey Goldblum of BBR for Commercial/VO, and Terri Dollar of KU Talent Southeast.

Katie holds a BFA in Acting from UNC School of the Arts (ranked 3rd Best Drama School in the World, Hollywood Reporter) and continues her training in NYC working at the Master Level in Film Technique with Bob Krakower and coach Eric Reis. She is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and loves having healthcare sometimes.

Currently, Katie is reprising her series regular role in the viral comedy Don’t Suck which garnered 8M views and 40k subscribers on YouTube. This season also features Emmy winner Jeff Hiller! Episodes roll out throughout the summer of 2026 starting in June.

Additionally, Katie is in pre-production for her short film, We’ve Got Mail, a New York love story between two mail delivery drivers from opposing companies.

Outside of her own pursuits, Katie teaches Level II on-camera technique as an associate coach at ER Studio

All this being said, it is definitely more likely you’ll find her: (1) reading a good book with the worst posture you’ve ever seen, (2) disassociating on the couch with a healthy murder doc, (3) writing screenplays and crying, or (4) enjoying every drop of fun NYC has to offer her rescue dog Murphy.

I wrote this in third person. Drop me a line.
